The pilot enquiry form collects your name, firm name, email address, phone number and a description of the workflow you want to improve. Please do not include client records or confidential information.

Form and email enquiries

If you send an email, AutomateSMT uses the information you include to respond and discuss a pilot. Please do not include client records or confidential information. Form enquiries are processed by Azure Functions and sent through Azure Communication Services Email to Seán at sean@automatesmt.com. The inbox is handled through our Google email service. Form submissions are not saved in a website database.

The demonstration

The demo uses fictional clients, runs in your browser and does not upload documents, call an AI provider or send reminders.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics, tracking cookies or external fonts. No third-party tracking tools are installed.

Before a live pilot

We use enquiry details to respond to your request and retain them only as necessary for that purpose and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact Seán Twomey at the address below to request access, correction or deletion. You may complain to your relevant data protection authority. Real client data will need agreed access, storage and processing arrangements before a pilot starts.
