PRACTICAL AI FOR ACCOUNTANCY FIRMS
AI is useful when it solves a specific problem. Our first pilot focuses on client document collection; other workflows begin with a conversation about your practice.
Checklists, missing-record visibility and reminder drafts. A focused way to test whether automation helps your team.

It means using AI for defined tasks in an accountancy workflow—for example, suggesting document types, drafting client reminders or preparing a summary for review. The accountant still checks the output and makes professional decisions.
The pilot focuses on the administration around collecting client records. We’ll map the tools you use first and agree a small workflow. Direct integrations with accounting platforms need to be scoped and verified; they are not included automatically.
The proposed first pilot uses approval before sending. Your team reviews the missing items and the message. The demo on this page doesn’t send anything.
We start with sample or anonymised records. Before using real client data, we agree the storage, access, processing providers, retention and deletion arrangements with your firm. This preview has no document-upload feature.
The client-records pilot is an administrative assistant. Tax advice, accounting judgements and sign-off remain with your qualified team.
We’ll scope one workflow and quote a fixed pilot fee before you commit. The cost depends on your tools, records and review process. We don’t have a standard subscription price yet.
Agree a baseline first: time spent chasing documents, outstanding items and how long records take to arrive. Review those measures during the pilot, alongside draft quality and the time your team spends correcting output.
